For the second workout, the women's novice barbell weight will be 45#. The first movement will be power cleans for all divisions. However, as we will be utilizing an unloaded Olympic barbell for the women's novice division, the standard will be that the athlete must lower the bar below her knee. The athletes in the women's novice division will not be permitted to drop the unloaded bars as that will cause damage to the gym floor and damage to the bars.
