Stone 2 Shoulder
-Athlete will start at lightest stone and have 1 minute to lift stone to shoulder.
-Athlete may not skip stones. All stones must be done in order.
-Athlete may lift stone to either shoulder.
-Athlete will remove 1 hand from stone with hand being clearly away from body once under control on shoulder and wait for judge's "DOWN" command for the lift to count.
-No tacky or any sticky tape will be allowed. Athlete may use athletic tape with sticky side in (not out toward stone), long sleeves, forearm sleeves or any non-sticky forearm covering.
-Athlete must drop stone on designated stone mats.
-It is the athletes responsibility to make sure the stone is at rest on the stone mat. If it rolls off the mat the athlete may recover the stone as long as it is within their 1 minute allotted time. If this is not done the athlete will be given credit for the previous stone lifted and will NOT be given the opportunity to perform the double under tie breaker.
-If stone is dropped behind athlete it will be a "No Lift". Athlete may repeat the lift if time is still remaining. 2 drops behind body or missing designated stone mats will result in disqualification.
-Athlete may choose to skip their attempt on a stone they know they can't lift and spend their allotted 1 minute on double unders.
-Athlete may start performing double unders once they shoulder the stone in their station (making sure stone is sitting on stone mat under control) and continue on performing double unders for the next minute since they earned the right to be in that station whether they attempt the next heavier stone or not.
-Double Unders will be all that is allowed. No single unders will count.
-Throwing jump rope will earn a score of "0" on WOD #3. Bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated.
