-Full front squat below parallel to begin movement.
-Athlete MAY squat clean.
-Barbell is locked out overhead with elbows locked and head extended through arms. Judge will be looking to see if ear is visible on other side of arm.
-3 Points of contact on burpee. Chest, hips and top of thighs must make contact with the ground.
-Athlete must have a vertical body position as they jump (Clearly both feet off ground) and clap hands BEHIND head.
-Athlete will not be judged on width of feet.
